Bastet
Bastet (named for the Egyptian goddess of protection) is a resin cat mold painted in a contemporary design with a high gloss varnish that gives it the shine of colored glass. The two-tiered ceremonial necklace is made of gold and brass chains adorned with multicolored glass and gold plated beads and charms in a draped design which are joined to the chains that wrap around the ears. The back and front of her headdress are made of gold plated chains with colored glass insets. She is wearing three earrings, two with embellishments. Bastet was specifically made for the Raleigh Community Hospital for the staff and veterinarians who treated my cats with the utmost care and compassion. (Size: 7"L x 15"H x 5"W)
